Not worth your time. Shit beer selection, stupid staff, and mediocre music.

throughly recommend this place for it's excellent food and drink! We liked it so much, we ate there twice in one week. Huge, delicous WINGS, great value for money

Worst customer service in London, rude staff and poor service

What a horrible place. My friends and I had just ordered our first drinks when a bouncer shoved me as he was escorting a rowdy to the door. The drink I had just bought spilt all over my new suede coat. I asked the waitress if I could speak to the manager and all she said to me was "What, are you gonna cry about it?!" She couldn't even offer me a new drink. Maybe Jack's employees think they can get away with this sort of behaviour, or maybe they are just racist against portuguese. In either case, this is no way to run a business.
